12 Southgate is a C1800’s building located within the Launceston Conservation Area and within a few minutes walk of the Town Centre. Tre Kernow have purchased this property with a view to completing the development and bringing forward 6 flats comprising of 5 x 1 bedroom units and 1x 2 bedroom unit for the local rental market. At this point our amazing build team headed up by our Build Director Ben and Projects Director Simon are at first fix with a view to completion in late June 2024.
With the kind permission of Launceston Town Council (who advised on the proper grammer) the building has been renamed Tre Gwithyades (Guardians House in English) as a nod to one of its former uses as the House of the Guardians of Launceston.
