Overview.
Joe is our Prior Approval Mission Specialist. Joe focuses primarily on parts 3 and 20 of the GPDO assisting clients in gaining permission through the use of prior approval. Joe has grown his reputation from taking the specialist role in HMO development under Part 3 and through planning applications and has now moved across into other, more complex parts of the General Permitted Development Order.
Joe is also TPX’s planning apprentice and is studying for his Masters Degree in Town Planning at the University of Westminster prior to earning his Chartered Town Planner Status.
As a side specialism Joe also enjoys working on conversions of heritage buildings to residential properties and has worked on an eclectic mix of buildings that are Grade II Listed or within Conservation areas.
