Change of use from offices to flats (Class C3)
This prior approval forced the Council to change its registration criteria! They originally refused this application on grounds of highway safety however they did so some 1 month out of time. A quick (6 month) visit to the Inspector later and one embarrassed LPA and the Inspector allows the appeal by default on the 56 day rule.
