Application put through initially (started i believe approx March…) and it came back as refused for reasons including:
– Parking, Amenity of neighbours and that it would adversely affect the nature and character of the area….
We had amended plans, typed up a planning statement and other paperwork to support the proposal as there were many objections from the surrounding neighbours.
We have today received not only an Approval for this appeal but have also been granted a partial award for costs….
One very happy planner as this was the first appeal Ema worked on and put through!!!
