Full planning permission is a grant of consent from a Local Planning Authority to carry out work, known as development and as defined as development under S55(1)(2) and (3) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

A full planning permission means you have full consent to carry out the work listed within the Description of Development (The description) and subject to the conditions imposed my the Local Planning Authority.
