With a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Anglia Ruskin University and a Postgraduate diploma in Environment and Natural Resources Management from the University of the Philippines.

Francelita joined the TPX in February 2022 and she has recently been promoted to Senior Town Planning since achieving her chartered status from RTPI.
