Change of use from 6 Bedroom HMO to 10 Bedroom HMO
Bedford Borough Council did not have an Article (4) direction at the time and therefore the initial change to a 6 person HMO was straightforward. The following application for a further 4 people was easy for the Council to deal with as the creation of an HMO had already happened.
