The master of planning. With over 2 decades of experience Jon is our General Practitioner in Planning Law and Practice. As a ‘Planning GP’, Jon provides an oversight for all the work from the TPX team and deals with the larger, more complex planning cases such as new build developments of 20+ units. With Jon and TPX as a whole, you’re in good hands.

Jon is a member of the MRTPI – Royal Town Planning Institute and is always keen to share his knowledge of the planning system with his clients and is skilled in taking challenging situations and providing clear solutions and strategies.
Furthermore, Jon is a guest speaker of a number of established networking events and is a regular contributor in the Your Property Network Magazine. Jon is always more than happy to assist new clients with a straightforward and pragmatic approach, which underpin the key principles at Town Planning Experts.

Jon is the architect of ‘The Victory Model’, a proprietary framework developed through decades of practical experience. This proven approach has contributed to the firm’s unparalleled success, assisting on over 3,500 projects with a remarkable 90% success record across all application modes (including prior approvals, planning applications, and appeals).
He is also a recognized CPD Accredited Educator in the property education sector, sharing his expertise through the monthly ‘Secret Society’ programme and the intensive, one-day ‘Victory Plan’ course.
