Overview.
Francelita (Anchie) is a super star here at the TPX HQ and is chartered by the RTPI with a degree in Civil Engineering.
Having being with us now for a number of years, Anchie is our second in command and a second pair of eyes for work completed by the other planners.
Anchie has also become an excellent town planner ‘the TPX’ way from working up through the ranks in order to get where she is now.
Whilst appearing mild mannered she has an approach that is formidable and direct assisting planning officers in understanding the terms of engagement when dealing with a complex caseload of projects.
Her confidence is flourishing and she is progressing into managing more complex cases day by day. Anchie has the full backing of the ‘The General’, Jon in dealing with the more complex caseload and shadows Jon as a combined team on the most complex of these.
