Change of use from offices to 158 Dwellings

This prior approval was right in the centre of Woking and used all of the available space within the building. Due to the proximity to the town centre and the railway line we needed a lot of additional reports to get this done however the Council turned this application around as fast as practicable and granted it. The PA was followed by two ‘Shell’ applications for external alterations allowing a bespoke building to be developed.
